NEW EVENT RESERVATIONS POLICY

In order to better serve our members, The Williams Club has updated its event reservations policy. Making your reservation early secures your place and helps prevent event cancellations.

  • Early reservations are requested.
  • Reservations are required for all events, and must be made by 3:00 pm, two (2) business days prior to the event.
  • Cancellations after this time and no-shows will be charged in full.
  • All ticketed events (such as opera evenings and zoo outings) are final sale.
  • Walk-ins will be accepted on a space-available basis.
  • Any exceptions to this policy will be noted in event descriptions.
